Processing & Delivery

All of our hair is made to order. We don't hold stock — your order is sourced and prepared specifically for you after it's been placed. Please read the timelines below carefully before purchasing.

72-Hour Cancellation Window

Once you place an order, you have 72 hours to contact us if you need to cancel or make any changes. After this window, your order is submitted to our supplier and production begins — at that point it cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.

To cancel within 72 hours, email us at hello@thecurlyedit.shop with your order number.

Processing Times

Bundles — 7 to 10 working days from the point your order is submitted to our supplier (after the 72-hour window).

Wigs (Flip-over & V-part) — 10 to 15 working days from the point your order is submitted to our supplier. Wigs are handcrafted and take more time to prepare.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, UK delivery takes 2 to 3 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. All orders are sent on a tracked service. Free UK shipping on all orders.

Total Estimated Timeline

Bundles: approximately 1 to 2 weeks from order date.

Wigs: approximately 2 to 3 weeks from order date.

These are estimates based on typical turnaround times. Occasionally orders may take slightly longer, particularly during busy periods. We will always let you know if there is a delay.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received tracking within your expected window, contact us at hello@thecurlyedit.shop.

International Orders

We ship internationally. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout. Customs charges and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
